Every event is unique and pricing is tailored to suit your specific requirements. We work closely with each client to design and deliver an unforgettable experience that aligns with your vision and budget.
We offer both a 4 hour rental option as well as an all day 8 hour option. We also offer additions such as providing a PGA pro for your event.

At Virtual Fairways, we believe golf should be accessible, exciting, and enjoyed by everyone. Whether it’s a corporate event, birthday party, team building day, wedding, product launch, charity event, or private gathering.
Our mobile simulator delivers a premium golfing experience to any indoor or outdoor setting, combining world-leading technology with seamless event delivery to create something truly memorable.
Each setup includes the industry-leading launch monitor, projector and PC system, full simulator enclosure, hitting screen and mat, installation and Public liability insurance. We also provide right and left-handed clubs, ladies, junior clubs and golf balls.
For an additional fee, we can supply a PGA golf professional to support your event, from guidance and tips to beat the pro tournaments.
Our simulator is 4.57 m (Depth) x 4.20 m (Width) x 3.30 m (Height), suitable for both outdoor and indoor events. The simulator needs to be set up within 50 meters from a stable exterior power outlet.
Along with the opportunity to play many of the world-renowned golf courses and access practice modes, we offer a range of interactive challenges designed for your event. From Longest Drive and Nearest the Pin competitions to team formats, mini-games, skill challenges, and fun carnival-style activities, there’s something for every age and ability.
Our mobile golf simulators are powered by Foresight Sports technology, delivering tour-level accuracy and realism. The advanced launch monitor captures precise performance data including ball speed, launch angles, spin rates, carry distance, club path, angle of attack, smash factor, and club head speed, providing an authentic golfing experience whether you’re competing for fun or fine-tuning your game.
Yes. Toby will be on site for the duration of the event and take care of everything in line with your expectations. From setup, to demonstrating how the simulator works and running competitions.
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remainder of the balance will be due no later than 7 days before your event.
